“Singapore Sound Bowl Healing Practitioner Training Reflection”
During the two-day training, I learned about the origins, principles, and chakras related to sound healing. I also experienced and practiced group and private sound healing sessions—such valuable knowledge! Thank you to the instructor for the careful and patient guidance. It feels like two days weren’t enough, and I know I’ll need to put in more effort to truly grasp it over time.

“Singapore Pilates Reformer Teacher Training Reflection”
After more than four years in another industry, I’ve never stopped challenging myself through different forms of exercise. This time, I was fortunate to learn Reformer Pilates from a dedicated and responsible teacher, experiencing health and strength from the inside out. Slower, fuller—I believe every step in life counts!
“Singapore Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Reflection”
My name is Evelin, from Taipei, Taiwan, and I’m a mother of three sons. My primary profession is a beauty technician specializing in eyelash extensions and semi-permanent makeup, a field I’ve been in for eight years. Due to the nature of my work, I developed work-related ailments, especially neck pain from constantly keeping my head down. It eventually got so severe that it caused numbness in my hands. After consulting a doctor and undergoing a detailed examination, I learned that my cervical spine was being compressed, affecting my nerves and requiring ongoing rehabilitation for improvement. Even with subsidies from Singapore’s government hospitals, each hour of rehab costs 90 SGD—a significant financial burden for me.
Then, I came across E Five on Xiaohongshu, and it led me to start my journey with aerial yoga. My neck pain, which had troubled me for so long, gradually improved as I consistently attended classes. Even my posture improved! I went from someone who never enjoyed sweating or exercising to someone who feels uncomfortable if I miss a workout session. 😅
Previously, I relied on regular massages to relieve my body pain, but now, aerial yoga and Pilates have effectively addressed my work-related aches and pains. The changes over the past two years have been remarkable, both inside and out—my friends and family say I’m aging in reverse! 😂 I feel more youthful, confident, and, most importantly, healthier.
Aerial yoga has become a part of my life, and after more than a year of practice, I decided to enroll in the Beginner to Advanced Teacher Training. Initially, I just wanted to deepen my knowledge and understand the theories and techniques to avoid potential injuries from improper movements. Straining to complete a pose without proper technique can backfire, which further motivated me to pursue this training.
I chose E Five because every instructor here teaches with patience and encouragement, never leaving you aside to figure things out on your own. They provide personal guidance for every move, which I find crucial.
My teacher, Wenwen, who is also my role model, guided our seven-day teacher training with dedication and selflessness. Her rigorous standards elevated each student to a basic teaching level, and even after class hours, she continued to explain concepts and answer questions without hesitation. This passion and dedication are why I plan to continue my training at E Five, even for Pilates. The instructors’ commitment and willingness to teach wholeheartedly make us feel proud and honored to be their students.
I am truly grateful to all the teachers at E Five. Without their encouragement and patient guidance, I would not have made it from a complete beginner to an aerial yoga instructor.
