Yoga Alliance Certified

Yoga Alliance® is the largest non-profit association representing the yoga community. Established in 1982, it is the one and only globally recognized and represents high-quality, safe, accessible and equitable yoga teaching in communities around the world. Every trainee who completed the RYT200/RYT300 training will be able to register theirs particulars in the Yoga Alliance web page and become a certified Yoga instructor.


SITA offers RYT200 in full 22 days, consisting of 180hrs (90%) yoga training and practices, and 20hrs (10%) of personal practice. Weekly practical assessment is also included to ensure trainees are well equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge.


With SITA, trainees will acquire Yoga Philosophy, human anatomy, body alignment, class planning and practical experience. Your body will be transformed to be stronger, balanced, and more flexible. 


Course includes:

1. Yoga Theory & Philosophy

Yoga origin, different types of yoga, yoga history and development. Yoga Philosopy, Ashtanga yoga & Chakras, 

2.Anatomy for Yoga

Approach yoga practice from human anatomy. Adjust the body during practices to set the bones and muscles into the correct posture. 

3. Pranayama & Yoga Meditation

Intentional and controlled breathing of yoga (Strengthens lungs, Ujjayi breath, Alternate nostril breathing etc). Meditation to calm the mind. 

4. Alignment

Use the principle of body alignment to safely practice each Asana. Avoid unnecessary injuries during practice. 

5. Improvement of Asana 

200+ Asanas with foundation in Hatha and Vinyasa, including strength building, balancing, inversions, back arches etc. 

6. Inspiring class planning 

class planning based on different types of yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Healing, meditation etc), and different themes (standing, inversion, shoulders and neck healing, balancing, backbend etc)

7. Communication, correction, and use of tools

The safest and most effective way to help yogis to correct their poses and establish trust between students and instructors. Use of equipments (balls, rings, blocks etc) to achieve better results.

8. Teaching practice

9. Yoga during and after pregnancy 

Focuses on rebuilding the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles, which are weakened or damaged during pregnancy and childbirth

10. Private lesson planning
