Barre is a type of exercise inspired by Ballet, combined with Yoga, Pilates, and cardio exercise. Your heart beat is maintained at a high frequency to ensure burning of calories, and the Pilates and dance movements will add up to a lean, elegant and strong body. You arms, butt, and core muscles will be engaged throughout the workout, and you will target multiple muscle groups all at once to sculpt your body shape.
In Barre, you will perform tiny-one-inch increment called isometric movement, which greatly increase the muscle strength and control.
