Pilates Reformer is one of the most widely acknowledged equipment which adds resistance and variety to traditional Pilates workouts. It consists of a moving "carriage", which has a series of springs, pulleys, and straps attached to it. Using springs for resistance, it sculpts lean muscles while correcting posture, improving balance, strength, and flexibility. It also helps to restore energy and recover from sports injuries.
